Milk & Honey Mask
A light, simple, and nourishing combination of coconut milk and honey for unbelievably soft skin.
1 tablespoon raw, organic honey
1 teaspoon coconut milk (approximately)
Add 1 tablespoon of honey into a small bowl and slowly add in approximately 1 teaspoon of coconut milk. If you prefer a more viscous consistency, start with about 1/4 teaspoon of coconut milk, mixing in between.
Apply it to the skin with your fingers and let it set for 10-15 minutes. Then, rinse with warm water and wipe everything away with a hot towel.
Coconut milk contains vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids that will help repair and maintain beautiful skin. It's antibacterial, anti-fungal, and has plenty of antioxidants. Rich in moisture, coconut milk will leave the skin oh-so-soft.
Honey makes everything better. Using honey on the skin will help cleanse the pores and prevent acne because it's antibacterial and anti-fungal, too. It's also very soothing and anti-inflammatory. Honey will draw in lots of moisture for a balanced and radiant complexion.
