Honey + Lemon + Water

Add a generous spoonful of honey into a cup of hot water. I use approximately 1 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 cup of water to keep it sweet. Add a splash of lemon to taste.
While it's quite a treat, raw honey is an all-natural sweetener unlike the processed sugar in many of our favorite sweet foods. It contains a plentiful amount of antioxidants, helps to strengthen the immune system, and it's very nutritious.
Lemon is best for getting a good dose of vitamin C into the body. It boosts the digestive system, provides antioxidants, and builds up the immune system.
